Your Training Max should be approximately 90% of your current 1 Rep Max. The app will guide you through calculating this during the onboarding process.

How do I track my progress?

The app automatically tracks your completed workouts, PRs, and progression. You can view your progress history and statistics in the Progress section of the app.
